Security Bouncer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our security team for October 10 & 11 and onwards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within our venue. This role requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to assess situations quickly, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

• Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry.
• Conduct thorough checks of bags and personal items as required by venue policy.
• Enforce venue rules and regulations while maintaining a friendly yet authoritative presence.
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.

• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
