About the Role:
Paladin Security is seeking an experienced Day Shift Mobile Zone Supervisor to oversee and support security operations across multiple sites in the Mississauga region. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills who thrives in a dynamic field environment.

You’ll serve as a key point of contact for security staff, ensuring policy compliance, site performance, and team development — while representing Paladin Security with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security guards across assigned sites
• Provide leadership, ongoing coaching, and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with Paladin’s policies and client site procedures
• Oversee and verify completion of daily tasks, reports, and patrols
• Conduct investigations and complete incident documentation
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure coverage for all shifts
• Motivate staff, issue commendations, and enforce discipline as needed
• Communicate regularly with site supervisors and management regarding operations

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid G Class driver’s license (minimum 3 years driving experience)
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C certification (WSIB-approved provider)
• Ability to be clean-shaven for N95 Mask Fit Test (for healthcare settings)
• Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience
• Availability for a minimum of 6 months
• Not currently enrolled in school (must be available full-time)

Nice to Have:

• Post-secondary education in Law Enforcement or Security Studies
• Training in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Use of Force certification
• Previous experience in healthcare or mobile security operations
