Overview:
Allied Universal is currently hiring a Security Mobile Supervisor to provide professional, front-line oversite of the GTA mobile team. As a Mobile Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets through patrols, monitoring, and incident response. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions:

Recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff

Schedule and maintain mobile schedules, including daily updates to shift times, book-offs, and vacation requests

Review all reports using TrackTik

Review and audit daily run sheets

Complete key audits

Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance

Remain on-call for escalations and scheduling issues

Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements

Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas

Monitor surveillance systems and alarms and respond to security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities

Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and access points

Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance while enforcing security policies

Report security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately and document actions taken

Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel during incidents and emergencies

Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements:

Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.

Previous supervisor experience.
Valid Ontario Security Guard licence.
Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
Must have a Full G driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract

First Aid/CPR certification

High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Eligible to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 20 kg.
