Join Alarm Guard Security, the local trusted security alarm provider in North York, Toronto. We offer promotional Smart Home protection systems solutions at no cost to selected clients. We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in travelling across different locations in Toronto and Ontario with company company-provided vehicle.
- Manage a sales team for SMART HOME SECURITY and SMALL BUSINESS SECURITY
- D2C and B2B client lead generation.
- To set visions and motivations for the team by performing an individual task on time
- To delegate responsibility and team members as well as complete all assigned tasks on the field.
- communicate the value of safety and Security to existing and prospective customers. Review customer requirements using a consultative approach
- Make a short product presentation with homeowners/renters and then let your team leader answer the questions and secure the deal for you.
- Advise clients and make recommendations about home automation and protection needs.
- Be knowledgeable about the products, services, and promotional campaigns being offered by presenting customized solutions to our clients.
- Identify customers' needs quickly by leading and executing effective strategies with confidence, ease, and precision.
- Build relationships with your colleagues to maintain a positive and innovative atmosphere as part of our residential and commercial Team.
- Considerately make the customers aware of Alarmguard against potential competitors in each opportunity.
Compensation:
- Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by your Team Leader.
- After your first 16 sales within a 90- 120 days time period, you will be eligible for BONUSES and the positions of Field Manager (G2/G driver's license preferred): Yearly package ranging between $40k-$50k /year once you are promoted to these roles
- This program comes with an SOP which will be shared once on board
Requirements during training:
- Available Monday to Saturday. (Full-Time Position)
- Willing to travel in a company vehicle.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication and people skills.
- G License
- CAR
- Fast learner and open to meeting new people.
- Previous Home Alarms and Business Security Sales an ASSET.
