Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team! A dynamic, energized person who specializes in customer service with a positive friendly approach demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer phone calls from customers and provide necessary solutions.
• Transfer data to a digital database.
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
• Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, the status of items, or other information.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong diplomacy skills.
• Strong track record of establishing positive internal/external relationships.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate or Equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Technical Background is an asset.
