Position Overview:
We are seeking a well-presented and reliable Office Concierge to join our downtown Toronto team. The successful candidate will represent 247 Gard Security at a professional office site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest assistance, and site access management.

Shift Details:

• Days: Monday – Thursday
• Hours: Split shift – 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor building access and maintain accurate visitor records
• Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, orderly, and welcoming
• Maintain communication with site management and dispatch
• Provide general assistance and report any incidents promptly

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge roles is an asset
• Must live within walking distance or have reliable transportation for split shifts

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
