Skill Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard license
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification
• Experience in customer service settings
• Previous employment as a Bar/Alcohol Control Security Guard (Required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Order: Ensuring patrons follow the establishment's rules and regulations regarding alcohol consumption, behavior, and safety.
• ID Verification: Checking identification to verify legal drinking age and refusing service to underage individuals.
• Monitoring Intoxication Levels: Observing patrons for signs of intoxication and intervening when necessary to prevent overconsumption.
• Reporting all incidents to the event supervisor on shift.
• Present a proper, professional, customer-friendly image at all times.
• Providing general information of the site and assistance our clients with any security needs they may have.
• Working in an alcohol-licensed area, ensuring all AGCO policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Bar/Alcohol Control Security Guard: 2 years (required)
