Security Supervisor (Events)

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Security Supervisor (Events) to lead our security operations during large-scale events. In this role, you will oversee a team of security personnel, ensure the safety of attendees, staff, and property, and coordinate with emergency responders when necessary. Your proactive approach will help create a secure environment where everyone can enjoy the event with confidence. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff during events to ensure seamless coverage and effective crowd management
• Implement security protocols, including surveillance, access control, and loss prevention measures
• Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to events and adjust security plans accordingly
• Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity or potential threats
• Respond swiftly to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies with appropriate conflict management techniques and first aid if needed
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and event organizers to coordinate safety efforts
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and communication records for accountability and review

Experience

• Proven experience in security supervision, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on event security
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention strategies
• Familiarity with conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining authority and professionalism
• Prior experience working in large-scale events or venues is preferred but not mandatory
