S.i. Systems is seeking a Security Administrator to join our Quality and Compliance Office (QCO) within the Strategic Business Development (SBD) Team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering S.i. Systems' Corporate Security Orders, ensuring compliance with federally mandated security and sub-contracting requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate data entry and exceptional customer service to both staff and contractors, supporting our Contract Security and Controlled Goods Programs.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Security at the level of Secret.

Job Responsibilities
- Completing and/or reviewing completed forms, submitting and tracking the status of Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) Verifications, Duplications, New Clearance Applications, Updates, Renewals, and Terminations
- Verifying and tracking sub-contractor Organizational Clearance status and initiate Private Sector Organization Sponsorship (PSOS) applications
- Assisting the Primary ACSO in completing, submitting and tracking Controlled Goods Security Assessment Applications (for Term Employees and Incorporated Consultants) including reference checks, criminal and credit checks, and security assessment summaries.
- Supporting the submission of biannual reports to the Controlled Goods Program for term employees
Experience:
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field
- 4+ months demonstrated experience with:
- Reviewing and understanding policies, regulations and/or contracts
- Following checklists to prepare and cross-check documents for completeness and accuracy
- Providing professional customer service over the phone and via email
- Successfully managing their time in an environment with a high-volume inbox
- Using popular productivity and collaboration tools like MS Office, MS Teams, MS Planner, and MS SharePoint
