Who you are

• Proven capability to handle emergencies effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

Your responsibilities

• Promote risk management and develop risk-aware decision-making aligned with unit goals.
• Support co-workers in adhering to Ingka Risk & Compliance Rules and local legislation to ensure a safe environment.
• Facilitate and ensure completion of necessary training for unit employees.
• Foster a Risk & Compliance culture by detecting, analyzing, and reducing business loss and financial impact.
• Report relevant figures on incidents involving co-workers, customers, and visitors to identify progress and improvement areas.

The starting hourly salary for this position is $ 20.15 .
