Front Desk Agent/Concierge – Part-Time

We are currently hiring Part- time Concierge Security Guards to join our team at a luxury residential condominium in Ottawa. If you have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and experience in concierge or hospitality roles, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador for iGuard360 and the property, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor building access, enforce security policies, and assist with visitor management.
• Handle resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns with a customer-first approach.
• Assist with parcel and package deliveries, move-ins/move-outs, and amenity reservations.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and report any security concerns.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and incident reports using our digital reporting system.
• Coordinate with property management and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all property and security guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required to support site operations.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (must be current).
• Minimum 3 years of concierge/security experience in a residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure situations.
• Must be available for 8-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in security, hospitality, or a related field is an asset.
