What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, clients and patrons at the site.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Ensure duties such as access control, parcel sorting, amenities booking are completed accurately.
• Escort trespassers away from client premises
• Patrol designed areas and respond to emergencies as fire alarms, etc. by adhering to company/ client policies.
• Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
• Document Complete incident reports for security purposes
• Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required

The Ideal Candidate

• A valid ON Security License
• Prior concierge experience, especially within residential facilities, is preferred
• Prior Customer service experience is required
• Superior communication skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift. You will also be sitting at reception desk periodically
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Positive demeanor with a can-do attitude

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
