Position Overview:
XA Security is seeking an experienced Mobile Patrol Security Supervisor to lead our night security teams in Calgary. The ideal candidate has a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to proactive, community-focused security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mobile patrol operations, ensuring efficient coverage across assigned areas.
• Provide weekly KPI reports to management and attend weekly meetings.
• Routinely prepare monthly invoicing for mobile operations.
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises, deter security breaches, and maintain safety.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing appropriate intervention and documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing security protocols to enhance service delivery.
• Train and mentor security personnel on best practices, de-escalation, and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and equipment maintenance using software applications.
• Liaise with clients, other management, and site contractors to provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.

Reports To:

• Operations Manager
• Division Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Valid Alberta security license (mandatory).
• Clean driving record for at least 3 years (mandatory).
• Valid Standard First Aid (or higher) certification (mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in security reporting software (preferred).
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
