Job Summary
Sentinel Security is seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a commitment to enforcing safety protocols. The Security Agent will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the protection of property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
• Document and report any security breaches or unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
• Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees and visitors.
• Access Control.
• Key Management.

Skills

• Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
• Familiarity with law enforcement practices is a plus.
• Experience operating CCTV systems for monitoring purposes is an asset.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
