Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents. Your primary duties will include surveillance, regular rounds, taking boiler readings, light cleaning duites.

Duties:

– Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises

– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats

– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

– Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry

– Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities

– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents

– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary

– Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with any security-related concerns

– Vacuum & mop lobby floors overnight to keep the building clean and presentable.

– Pick up garbage around the exterior of the building.

– Respond to emergencies in accordance with the companies policies.

Skills:

– Strong surveillance skills to monitor premises effectively

– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to prevent theft or damage to property

– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment

– Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

– Strong attention to detail and observation skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
