We are currently seeking Day Mobile Security Guards for our South Calgary District.

Position Overview

Mobile Security Guards are responsible for supporting assigned district sites through vehicle patrols during unoccupied hours. Duties include:

• Scheduled site patrols, lock-ups, and unlocks
• Alarm response and emergency support
• Removal of unauthorized persons from private property when required
• Supporting static guards during incidents or emergencies
• Ensuring site integrity through proactive perimeter inspections

Guards will operate marked company vehicles and conduct patrols across assigned locations within Calgary.

This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and perform the physical demands of mobile security operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Positive attitude with a professional appearance
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable driving with a flexible schedule (including weekends and consecutive shifts)
• Valid Alberta Security License
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Clean criminal background check
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic ability to operate iOS devices (training provided)
• Clean Driver’s Abstract (last 3 years)
• Insurance Claim History (last 3 years)
• Minimum 3 years driving experience in Alberta or Canada
• Mobile security experience (1–3 years preferred, not required)
• First Aid, PPCT, WHMIS, and ProServe considered assets
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and apply the Criminal Code of Canada where applicable

Schedule

• Open availability required
• Rotating schedule (Monday–Sunday)
• Shift window: 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM (9-hour shifts depending on assignment)

• Starting wage: $18.50/hour
