Night Security Guard

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant overnight Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond to incidents promptly, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The job schedule will be from 9pm-6am.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.

Skills

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
• Proficient in surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems.
• Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
