COURTESY SECURITY OFFICER-FT-NIGHTS

Essential Job Duties:

• Fill out courtesy staff log book;
• Work directly with residents and family members on any of their concerns;
• Follow emergency procedures and all safety guidelines;
• Maintain courtesy staff golf cart and/or vehicle
• travel to different campuses
• Knowledge of all emergency procedures
• Proficient in all Life Safety Code issues;
• Inspect all areas of Independent Living building and Assisted Living and Transitional Care building
• Conduct tours to prospective residents and or family members if Marketing Director is not available;
• Be aware of resident’s locations at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school graduate or GED. Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Training and Experience: Some security type experience preferred, but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Certifications and Licenses: Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Job requires minimum personal auto liability insurance coverage.
• Job Knowledge: Computer knowledge helpful. Knowledge of MSDS and Life Safety Codes.
• Military background helpful.
