Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual with strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and security equipment to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed and report any suspicious activities or breaches of security.
• Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and documentation of incidents.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect company assets.
• Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Requirements

• Access Control Experience
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is essential.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must pass background checks and any required training certifications.
